Brewing Details
Sachet or teabag — which should I choose?
New Recipe sachets (3 g) and teabags (2 g) use the same recipe and are intended to give the same experience. The teabag brews milder with less mess; the sachet gives a stronger serving, stirred straight into the water. Original Recipe comes in larger 6 g sachets.
Can I drink it iced?
Yes — brew it hot as usual, then pour over ice. A squeeze of lemon works especially well in the iced version.
What can I add to it?
Honey, lemon, or sugar, to taste. The flavour is strongly herbal, and a spoonful of honey or a squeeze of lemon makes it noticeably easier to drink.
How much per day?
One sachet or teabag per cup, and no more than one cup per day. Herbal ingredients can interact with medicines and may not suit everyone — consult a physician before use, and stop if unexpected symptoms occur.
